Eight candles burned brightly and remained lit on the Menorah Ice Sculpture on the last night of Chanukah and Winter Wonderland. Chabad of Castro Valley hosted their annual Chanukah celebration at Palomares Hills with face painting; snow globes; and fishing for dreidels. The Piccola Carolers sang by the lovely decorated Christmas Tree in the courtyard of the Anchorage Square Shopping Center, San Francisco. What a fabulous location in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. East 14th Street in San Leandro aglow with Menorah Lights and Christmas Tree

Tourists from around the world marveled at the 100 foot Christmas Tree lighting at Rockefeller Center in mid-town Manhattan. Why go to New York when there were two lightings in San Leandro? For the fifth night of Chanukah, five Menorah candles were lit and in the background there were Christmas Tree lights. A balloon artist and a dancing dreidel added to the festive Holiday of Lights.

One ring Circus at San Francisco Bay Area Shopping Center

One San Francisco Bay Area Shopping Center made it a family fun and safe Halloween. Children trick or treated at the mall stores, and; the mall arranged a special added attraction. Ladies and Gentlemen and children of all ages made it to the well-lit center court for two 30-minute shows featuring a Juggler flipping clubs while balancing on her unicycle.  And, a balloon artist made spooky Halloween balloons. The marketing manager was pleased. "Everything was fabulous yesterday. The Juggler on her unicycle and the balloon artist were terrific. Thanks for everything." Gardening in Fairfield, CA

Children planted seeds in mini-pots and there were basil plant giveaways at a Fairfield, CA home opening with a garden theme. The developers hoped that families purchased their homes; and, that the seedlings matured into full-size plants. A face painter and a balloon artist tended the garden.

To gain admission to what was billed as "Yappy Hour," dog lovers brought their cherished pet(s) for doggie games on an astroturf lawn and doggie bowls filled with dog biscuits.
