Bluegrass and Country band at Harvest Festival-Celebrity Gems arranged a bluegrass band in Union City

There was an old-fashioned harvest festival with carnival games, a popcorn and cotton candy booth, and a bouncy house at the annual Harvest Festival at a Union City retirement home. Dog Day Afternoon at Danville shopping center

The dogs had their day in the sun at a Danville shopping center. To gain admission to what was billed as "Yappy Hour," dog lovers brought their cherished pet(s) for doggie games on an astroturf lawn and doggie bowls filled with dog biscuits. A DJ played "You Ain't Nothing but a Hound Dog" and a caricaturist drew the lovely pet(s) with their proud dog owners. Rock and Roll Thursday at middle school-Celebrity Gems arranged Rock and Roll band in Castro Valley

Students at a Castro Valley Middle School had their own End of the Year Celebration after an academic year of grammar rules, math equations, and science labs. What a wonderful way for them to be energized for their summer of relaxation and fun with a nine piece rock and roll band with dancers. Students rushed to the dance floor and grooved to the electric slide, hip hop, and uptown funk.

There was a Carnival at a College

It was down the midway with carnival games for "Back to School" at De Anza College (Cupertino).  
Sponsored by Student Activities, students signed up for their favorite hobbies and interests adding a balance to college academics. A juggler on a unicycle with a bright yellow parasol attracted the students to different booths. Students made their own carnival attractions-knock down the milk bottle and balloon toss. There was romance in the air when a Morgan Hill lady planned her husband's 74th birthday. Sonny and Cher were the surprise guests, and; they wowed their audience with "inside information" about the birthday boy. Their finale, for the two lovebirds, was their number one hit "I Got you Babe." 

His wife was aesthatic, "Sonny and Cher were fantastic. Camille is amazing and the Sonny was great. They had the whole crowd going, everyone truly enjoyed them."

There was no Disney on Ice with 70 degree weather at the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, CA. There was the launch of the new Disney Store and a Disney Photo Booth that attracted a huge crowd of Saturday shoppers. A Stilt Walker twirled a black and white parasol and wore black and white stripped pants and a balloon artist attracted shoppers to the Disney Store.

Rapunzel and the Prince at children's party

The brothers Grimm fairy tale Rapunzel was the surprise for a family event at Blackhawk Grille, Danville. The 1812 story about the most beautiful child under the sun, Rapunzel, being trapped in a castle and later rescued by a Prince enchanted four young children. Rapunzel told her story, made balloons, and ended her one hour performance with face painting.
The grandfather was thrilled,

"Stan, Rapunzel was an excellent choice. She showed up on time, was warm yet professional. The Grandchildren loved her and that night, Brian refused to take take the serpent off his face. Face painting and balloons went very well.  I would totally recommend her for children ages 2 to 8."

The Masonic Home residents and staff sangalong with Diana, with song sheets provided by her. Residents and staff celebrated the Eighth Annivesary of this senior living complex nestled in the majestic hills of Union City.  A four piece band played hit songs from the Rock and Roll era and danceable songs from Bobby Darin, Sinatra, and Tony Bennett. Chinese New Year at San Francisco Premium Outlets-Celebrity Gems arranges Lion Dancers in San Francisco

It would have been easier to find parking on 42nd Street and Broadway, midtown Manhattan, than at the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore.  For thousands of shoppers celebrating Chinese New Year and Presidents Weekend, valet parking was the only parking available. Chinese Lion Dancing and fan dancing provided a colorful diversion for weary bargain shoppers. A Chinese Trio played music on the Guzheng, a stringed instrument with a 2500 year history in honor of Chinese New Year and the Year of the Dog. The lead musician explained the significance of the music to include fishermen and tornedoes with huge waves, a love song, and enchantment and surenity. For many shoppers at the San Francisco Premium Outlets, it was the first time that they were introduced to the Chinese Zither. Names drawn on Silk Fans

A Calligrapher drew names in Chinese letters on Silk Fans for Chinese New Year and "The Year of the Dog" at a San Mateo shopping center. The festivities also included Lion Dancing. According to the Event  Planner, "She was great and accommodated everyone's special request."
