Motown band plays solid gold hits
Detroit and the Motown sound of the 60's and 70's provided the perfect backdrop for the Town and Country Village's , Palo Alto, First Concert of the summer season. The four lead singers took the huge crowd on a musical journey through Motown, with solid gold hits from Stevie Wonder, the Spinners, the Four Tops, Earth Wind and Fire, and the Temptations. The two hour concert was interactive, with the crowd dancing to the Motown Shuffle, and the rock and roll decades of the 60's and 70's. There was a special tribute and shout out to Marvin Gaye, and one of the most romantic ballads of all time, "Let's Get it On."
Celebrity Gems arranges Motown music, classic Rock and Roll from the 60's and 70's, an Elvis impersonator, a Sammy Davis, Jr. impersonator, a Marilyn Monroe impersonator, in Palo Alto, San Jose, Fremont, Oakland, San Francisco, San Mateo, Walnut Creek, Sacramento, Lake Tahoe, and San Ramon.
