"Signed, Sealed, and Delivered,"  that 70's hit made famous by Stevie Wonder, made it official-the music worked. Tables were set outdoors at this Northern California mall; Tim's brunch crowd enjoyed burritos, pizza, Pad Thai, and Eggs Benedict.  What a lovely afternoon-classic rock and country combined with a variety of ethnic restaurants.
