Students at De Anza College, Cupertino were in an upbeat mood during their 15th annual "Spring Carnival" at Spring Semester. They tried their luck at a basketball toss and that carny favorite, toss the small ring on the neck of a coke bottle. A juggler in top hat and tails added to the Ringling Brothers atmosphere by plate and ring spinning and four ball juggling.

For his healthy living diet show, magician Larry stressed air popping kernels and enjoying eggs full of protein. The kids agreed that drinking coke was a bad idea, especially when Larry made a coke bottle disappear. Maxwell Smart as Agent 99 and his sidekick Agent 86 were hired by an internet security company to uncover Kaos agents at a VIP party at the Hotel W, San Francisco. At a huge cyber security convention at the Moscone Center a Colorado company themed their VIP party to Get Smart by arranging a mock metal detector and by showing Get Smart videos on a huge screen.

De Anza College students joined "The Medicine Ball Trio" singing the blues at Spring Fling. De Anza College, Cupertino.  It was finger snapping and toe tapping when Dallas sang "Heat Wave" by Martha and the Vandellas, 60's rock and roll, Elvis' hits, and that western classic "Walking past Midnight" by country super star Patsy Cline.

Circus and Carnival acts at The Inn at Spanish Bay, Pebble Beach

When a San Francisco Bay Area real estate company celebrated their 25th anniversary, they chose a circus and carnival theme. The dining room at The Inn at Spanish Bay (Pebble Beach) was transformed to an "under the big top" with black and white umbrellas on the ceiling and fluffy white feathers as centerpieces on each table. During their two hour dinner, an audience of 150 were treated to entertainment that included trapeze performers, a sword swallower, fire eaters, a whip cracker, and a juggler on a six foot unicycle.

What a surprise  A Marilyn Monroe impersonator was the unexpected guest at Darryl's 70th birthday at a San Francisco Bay Area restaurant. Using "inside information" supplied by Darryl's wife, Marilyn performed a "Darryl Roast," sang the Happy Birthday Song, and then cut the birthday cake. She then planted a kiss on Darryl cheek and posed for photos with his wife, extended family, and friends.
