Workout with Richard Simmons

Richard Simmons with his bright red tank top, short shorts, and blue headband was the dance and health guru at a 2000 person event at the Oakland Convention and Visitors Bureau.  Impersonator Simmons led his audience to Motown dance moves for 10-minutes on the hour. And, he circulated with a tray of celery and carrots during the lunch hour. Attendees had the choice of a celery stick or a slice of chocolate whipped cream cake at the dessert table.
