Chinese Lion Dancers Dazzle Crowd at San Francisco Bay Area Mall

A Chinese Lion Dance troupe entertained children and families, at an olympic theme hosted by Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton, California. For an audience size of over 250, and with most children ages two to five, the leader of this group, Robert Lee, brought two adult lion costumes, and one small lion costume. Four children volunteered, with one of the children dancing and holding the lion head, and the second child dancing and holding the tail. The remaining two children, ages three and four, played on cymbals and gongs. There was also a display of Chinese martial arts, fan dancing, and bamboo stick dancing.
