Blackhawk Plaza Shopping Center (Danville) set aside a Sunday as a tribute to Man/Woman's best friend. Happy dogs, for their honored day, formed long lines with their owners "in tow" for a caricature and keepsake by caricaturist Gordon. #blackhawkplaza
