Castro Valley Boulevard was all aglow with the Third Annual Light Parade and Meet on the Street. There were antique cars, colorful lit wagons advertising local business, and a large float hosted by a local politician dressed as an Elf. A highlight of the Parade were bright green tap dancing Christmas Trees and a Toy Soldier on Stilts, marching in formation up and down the Boulevard.
