The shoppers at Harbor Bay Landing in Alameda did not go to Route 66 for their kicks. They did get their kicks listening and dancing to motown and Brazilian ballads from "Stacy Carter and Friends." Stacy's trio went down memory lane with songs made famous by Diana Ross, Mary Wells, the Drifters, Astrud Gilberto's "Girl from Ipanema," and Natalie Cole.
